hey-anesthesia provides an online job marketplace connecting anesthesia professionals (CRNAs, Anesthesiologists, CAAs) with healthcare facilities and recruiters. The Service includes job listings, applicant tracking, availability matching, and related features.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

You must create an account to access certain features. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access

3.2 Account Types

Clinician Accounts: Free for all anesthesia professionals. You may browse jobs, apply, and manage your profile at no cost.

Recruiter Accounts: Require a paid subscription. Pricing and plan details are available at /pricing.

4. User Responsibilities

4.1 Clinicians

You agree to:

• Provide truthful information about your qualifications and licenses
• Keep license information current and accurate
• Respond professionally to recruiter inquiries
• Not misrepresent your credentials or experience

4.2 Recruiters

You agree to:

• Post only legitimate job opportunities
• Provide accurate salary and benefit information
• Comply with employment laws and regulations
• Not discriminate in hiring practices
• Pay subscription fees on time

5. Payment Terms (Recruiters)

Recruiter subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. You agree to:

• Provide valid payment information
• Authorize automatic recurring charges
• Pay all fees and applicable taxes

Refunds: We offer a 14-day free trial. After that, payments are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel anytime, effective at the end of your current billing period.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Scrape, copy, or harvest data from the Service
• Interfere with the Service's operation or security
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Use the Service for unauthorized commercial purposes

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, text, graphics, and code, is owned by hey-anesthesia and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

User Content: You retain ownership of content you post (resumes, profiles). By posting, you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute your content as necessary to provide the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Job postings are accurate or legitimate
• User credentials are valid
• That you will find employment or candidates

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HEY-ANESTHESIA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to access the Service ends immediately
• We may delete your data (subject to legal obligations)
• You remain liable for any outstanding fees

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We'll notify you of material changes via email or Service notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in Delaware courts.
