Absolutely! View all your applications in your Profile → Applications tab. You'll see the current status (Pending, Reviewed, Interviewing, Offered, etc.) for each application.
Include all states where you hold active licenses. This helps us match you with relevant jobs. Don't forget to update expiration dates—we'll remind you when renewals are coming up!
No. You control visibility through settings: Private (only you can see it) or Shared (visible to recruiters when you apply to their jobs). Your CV is never public.
Set your available dates in the Availability Dashboard. Our AI automatically matches you with locum and per diem shifts that fit your schedule. You'll get notifications when new matches appear with a match score (0-100%) based on dates, specialty, and preferences.
We offer three plans:
90 days by default. You can renew, edit, or close jobs anytime from your Recruiter Dashboard. Active jobs count toward your plan limit.
Yes! Your Analytics Dashboard shows views, favorites, applications, and engagement metrics for each job. You can see trends over time and which jobs perform best.
Use our in-app messaging system to contact clinicians who applied or expressed interest. All communication is tracked in your dashboard for easy follow-up.
No! Your monthly plan covers unlimited applications and messages. There are no hidden fees or per-application charges.
Jobs are traditional postings (full-time, part-time positions). Shifts are for locum and per diem coverage with specific dates. Shift matching uses our AI to find available providers automatically.
