About the Practice
A respected and well-established anesthesia group in the Pensacola, Florida area is looking for a motivated CRNA to join the team full-time. The practice focuses on delivering high-quality care across a range of B&B surgical specialties in a supportive and efficient setting.
Opportunity
This full-time CRNA position offers a great mix of cases including GI, regional anesthesia, orthopedics, and outpatient surgery. The call schedule is very light, allowing for a strong work-life balance. There’s also the option to pick up extra hours for those interested in earning additional income.
Responsibilities
Administer and manage anesthesia for a variety of surgical procedures. Conduct thorough pre-anesthesia patient assessments and develop individualized anesthesia plans. Proficiently perform regional anesthesia blocks. Monitor patient vital signs and adjust anesthetic delivery as needed to ensure patient safety and comfort. Provide safe and effective emergence and post-anesthesia care. Maintain accurate and complete patient records. Participate in a very low call schedule. Collaborate effectively with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals. Adhere to all facility policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Current unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Florida (or eligibility for licensure). Certification as a Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA). Strong clinical skills and the ability to manage anesthesia for the specified range of surgical cases. Proficiency in regional anesthesia techniques is highly desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
