Student Registered Nurse Anesthetists (SRNAs) are welcome to apply and gain valuable experience in a thriving outpatient setting. Responsibilities: Provide and manage anesthesia for a variety of outpatient surgical procedures. Conduct thorough pre-anesthetic patient assessments and develop individualized anesthetic plans. Administer and monitor anesthesia safely and effectively. Manage patients in the post-anesthesia care unit (PACU). Maintain accurate and complete patient records. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to all practice protocols. Collaborate effectively with surgeons and other surgical team members. Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited School of Nurse Anesthesia. Current certification as a Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA). Valid and unrestricted New York RN license (or eligible for licensure). Strong clinical skills in providing anesthesia for outpatient surgical cases. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
