●CRNA Opportunities – UCHealth Parkview Medical Center | Pueblo, CO Hourly Rate: $199–$232 | Total Compensation: Up to $398,000+ | 8 Weeks Off Renew Medical Group is seeking skilled and motivated CRNAs to join our growing anesthesia team at UCHealth Parkview Medical Center in Pueblo, Colorado. Multiple full-time opportunities are available, including General OR Call and Non-Call CRNA positions, as well as Dedicated OB and Night Float roles. This is an excellent fit for CRNAs living in or near Colorado Springs—enjoy a quick, scenic commute to Pueblo while benefiting from competitive pay, autonomy, and the stability of a clinician-led group that values teamwork and balance. ⸻ Position Highlights: General OR – Call or Non-Call CRNA (Full-Time)
●Hourly Rate: $199–$204/hour
●8 weeks off annually
●Call Team positions include a 40-hour minimum
●Plus Call Pay:
●Weekday Call: $400/night
●Weekend Call: $600/night
●Call-back Pay: $235/hour (4-hour minimum)
●Post-call day off and peel list flexibility
●PRN Rate: $220/hour Night Float CRNA (13-hour shifts, 6:30P–7:30A) (POSITION FILLED)
●$232/hour – 13-hour shifts = $3,016/shift
●Schedule rotation based on team structure and availability
●PRN Rate: $220/hour OB CRNA (12-hour shifts, 7A–7P)
●$200/hour – 12-hour shifts = $2,400/shift
●Dedicated OB coverage
●PRN Rate: $220/hour Pueblo West/Outpatient Center – Primetime (No Call/No Weekends)
●$199/hour × 40 hrs/week × 44 weeks = $350,240
●No weekends, no holidays, no call
