Job Description

Schedule	5 days AND 4 days a week 10’s or 8's Must be able to work at least 2 weeks per month. Cases: Bread & butter + OB preferred but not a must. No cardiac or thoracic EMR: EPIC LOA: 6m – 1year
Start Date	ASAC – about 60 days from offer
Credentialing	60 days Experience: 2 to 3 years. OR Breakdown: 30 OR’s total Main OR: 21 C-section OR: 2 Cardiac OR: 3 There is also a legacy OR(trauma), cath lab, EP and biplane. Cases: Ortho, blocks, thoracic, vascular and spine. WILL TAKE UNLICENSED CANDIDATE
