ScheduleFull-Time, 5x8-hour shifts (07:00 - 15:00) - Shift Priority: Monday and Friday shifts are high priority - Call
Practice SettingHospital Float Pool (Main Hospital and affiliated sites) - Model: Medical Direction -
Case MixHigh-volume environment (20+ ORs). Cases include General, Ortho, GYN, ENT/Eyes, Vascular, Thoracic, Heart, Neuro, and Trauma. - NORA Locations: IR, EP, Endo, and MRI -
Patient PopulationAll Ages - EMR: EPIC - Equipment: Drager anesthesia machines; Philips monitoring - Note: While the facility handles complex cases, CRNAs will not be required to perform heart or lung cases.
Credentialing Timeframe60-90 days - Flexibility: Providers must be flexible with floating between sites; no block scheduling available.

Requirements
  • Board Status: NBCRNA Board Certified - Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience required (No New Graduates) - Licensure: Active North Carolina state license required (Willing to license for Compact holders only) - Certifications: ACLS and PALS required - Skills: Experience or interest in hearts/vascular, neuro, or pediatrics is preferred but not mandatory.
