This facility is a dynamic multi-specialty center committed to providing excellent, patient-centered anesthesia care in an independent practice environment.
Opportunity
This is an excellent part-time opportunity for experienced CRNAs to practice 100% autonomously within a thriving multi-specialty center. The position offers a flexible schedule of 3-4 days per week, allowing for a customizable work-life balance. The facility handles a diverse range of cases, providing a stimulating and varied clinical experience. This role is ideal for CRNAs seeking significant independence and a manageable part-time commitment. The position features no call, nights, or weekends, ensuring a predictable and desirable schedule.
Responsibilities
Provide and manage anesthesia autonomously for a variety of multi-specialty cases (specific case types will be discussed during the interview process, typically including ENT, eyes, GYN, orthopedics, general surgery, etc.). Conduct thorough pre-anesthetic patient assessments and develop individualized anesthetic plans. Administer and monitor anesthesia safely and effectively, ensuring patient comfort and stability throughout procedures. Manage patients in the post-anesthesia care unit (PACU). Maintain accurate and complete patient records. Adhere to all facility protocols and regulatory guidelines. Work independently and efficiently within a fast-paced outpatient or inpatient setting. Collaborate effectively with surgeons and other surgical team members.
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited School of Nurse Anesthesia. Current certification as a Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA). Valid and unrestricted North Carolina RN license (or eligible for licensure). Proven ability to practice autonomously and manage cases independently. Strong clinical skills in providing anesthesia for a broad range of surgical specialties.
