About the Practice
An established private anesthesia practice in the Pinehurst NC area is seeking experienced CRNAs for ongoing part-time & full time autonomous positions for an eye center. The group focuses on delivering high-quality anesthesia care across a range of outpatient surgical specialties.
Opportunity
Part-time & full time autonomous CRNA openings are available Monday through Friday on an ongoing basis. Hours are from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM with flexible scheduling options. This position is for experienced CRNAs only.
Responsibilities
Independently administer and manage anesthesia for a variety of outpatient surgical procedures. Conduct thorough pre-anesthesia patient assessments and develop individualized anesthesia plans. Monitor patient vital signs and adjust anesthetic delivery as needed to ensure patient safety and comfort. Provide safe and effective emergence and post-anesthesia care. Maintain accurate and complete patient records. Collaborate effectively with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals in the outpatient setting. Adhere to all facility policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Current unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in California (or eligibility for licensure). Certification as a Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA). 1 Experienced CRNAs only. Strong clinical skills and the ability to independently manage anesthesia for the specified range of outpatient surgical cases. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
