| Compensation | This is a full-time 1099 position structured around 39 working weeks per year on a 3 weeks on / 1 week off rotation. Shifts are typically 8-hour OR days, Monday through Friday, with rotating weekday and weekend call shared among providers. All providers must be available to cover one full holiday week per year, offered on a first-come, first-served basis (Thanksgiving or Christmas). Practice Model and Workflow: This is a loosely supervised anesthesia care model with shared call responsibilities and a predictable daily workflow.
