North Fulton Anesthesia Associates (NFAA) is seeking a full-time anesthetist to staff a stand alone ambulatory surgery center in Sandy Springs with occasional coverage of a nearby surgery center in Marietta. Our group of 6 MDs and 17 anesthetists (a mix of CAA and CRNA) is a cohesive group that rely on each other and have the utmost respect for their colleagues and the facilities we service. The ideal candidate will fit in with our work family and enjoy the benefits of closer working relationships with their coworkers than what a larger hospital-based group can offer. We are fortunate to work with great people at all of the centers who value knowing their anesthesia providers on a first-name basis. We do a variety of outpatient cases on healthy patients (ASA 1-3) including orthopedics, plastics, ENT, general, easy peds, GI, urology, gyn, endoscopy, podiatry, eyes. We are happy to orient providers with less pediatric experience. New grads are welcome. This is a salaried full time employment (FTE) position, with salary increases based on experience as an Anesthetist The average work week is between 29-34 hours. We have a rotating peck system that allows occasional days off for the highest peck assignments. On average in 2023, anesthetists had 25-30 days of PTO in addition to their 6 weeks of vacation PTO. No call, no weekends, no holidays.
