Join a thriving and independent facility in the Fayetteville area dedicated to providing high-quality anesthesia services for gastrointestinal (GI) procedures. We are seeking experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) for both full-time and part-time positions. This is an exceptional opportunity to practice autonomously, focusing solely on daytime GI cases with no on-call or night responsibilities. You will be an integral part of a collaborative team committed to patient safety and excellent outcomes.
Responsibilities
Independently administer anesthesia for a variety of GI procedures. Conduct pre-anesthetic assessments and develop individualized anesthesia plans. Monitor patient vital signs and adjust anesthetic delivery as needed. Manage emergence and provide post-anesthesia care in accordance with established protocols. Maintain accurate and complete patient records. Collaborate effectively with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals. Adhere to all facility policies and procedures. Participate in quality improvement initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
Current unrestricted licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in North Carolina or eligibility for licensure. Certification as a Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA). Demonstrated expertise in the administration of anesthesia for GI procedures. Proficiency in airway management, hemodynamic monitoring, and emergency response. Comprehensive benefits package including: Malpractice Insurance Workers' Compensation Insurance Paid Vacation Time Health Insurance Dental Insurance Life Insurance Disability Insurance Part-Time: Per Diem Rate: $1,400 per day with an (8) hour guarantee. Schedule (for both Full-Time & Part-Time): Typical schedule is Monday through Friday. Start times are either 7:00 AM or 8:00 AM. End times are either 3:00 PM or 4:00 PM. No call, nights or weekends required.
