●Support staff: Care Team Model 4:1 ; 24hr Anesthesia Aid Dept. to turn rooms over, bring supplies etc.

●Minimum experience required: 1 year Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 Days
●OT: $ 1.5x normal rate
●Holiday: $ - 1.5x normal rate – New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day [00:00 – 23:59] Level III Facility Weekend Beeper Call 24hrs = $1500 flat rate Weekend Beeper Call 12hrs = $1000 Weeknight Beeper Call 8hrs = $600 flat rate Weeknight Beeper Call 12hrs = $800 Call back = 1.5x the hourly rate OT: 1.5x normal rate OT rule is “After Scheduled Shift” Holiday: 1.5x normal rate – New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day [00:00 – 23:59]
