They foster a collaborative and patient-centered environment. Opportunity: This is an exceptional 100% Interventional Pain Management full-time opportunity. The practice offers a highly desirable schedule with no call, nights, or weekends, promoting an excellent work-life balance. The role will involve a robust volume of interventional procedures. Physicians trained in Anesthesia & PM&R (Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation) are preferred, Physicians with significant interventional pain experience will be considered. This position offers substantial earning potential based on productivity and case mix. Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive evaluations and diagnoses of patients with various acute and chronic pain conditions. Develop and implement individualized, multimodal treatment plans with a strong emphasis on interventional pain procedures (e.g., injections, nerve blocks, spinal cord stimulation, radiofrequency ablation, etc.). Perform interventional procedures safely and effectively. Provide medication management for pain, as appropriate, adhering to best practices and guidelines. Maintain accurate and thorough patient records. Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals within the practice and in the broader community. Educate patients and their families about their pain conditions and treatment options. Qualifications: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pain Management. PM&R trained preferred; Anesthesia trained physicians with interventional pain fellowship are welcome. Valid and unrestricted California medical license (or eligible for licensure). Proficiency in a wide range of interventional pain management techniques. Excellent clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills. A strong commitment to providing compassionate, evidence-based pain care.
