Anesthesia Care Team Model: 17 Physicians and 24 CRNAs $45k Start Date Bonus Approximately 12,000 annual cases 14 State of the art OR’s: 10 main, 1 Endo, 1 EP, 2 L&D Case mix includes General, Ortho, Plastics, ENT, Urology, Vascular, Neuro and GYN CRNAs are NOT involved with Cardiac cases No Peds Autonomy to perform Regional (spinals and epidurals), arterial lines etc. Work schedules vary with 8-, 10- and 12-hour shifts.
