Facility in Putnam, CT seeking MD for asap start. $30k ONE TIME COMPLETEION BONUS! (520 hours worked within 17 consecutive weeks) Call bonus as follows: 1. Weekends: When the provider covers two weekend days per month, they will receive a completion bonus of $3K ($1,500 per call). 2. Weekdays: If the provider covers 4 or more weekday calls within a month, they will receive a completion bonus of $750/call. Call taking providers are Priority! 6-10 call shifts per month.
